HOW TO BECOME A CONSIGNOR

  • Show us pictures of the items you would like to consign.  You can bring them to store, send them on messenger or email them to us at newleafconsignmentplus@gmail.com

  • We will then review and approve your items.  Once approved, we will help you price your items.

  • A consignment agreement will be signed when you bring your items to the store.

  • You, the consignor, will receive 60% of the final selling price.  Payment for your sold items can be picked up at the store at the end of the 120 day consignment period.  We can mail your payment for a small $1.00 processing fee.

  • Your items will be marked down 10% every 30 days they are not sold.  All items are subject to an occasional 10% off store-wide sale.

  • It is the responsibility of the consignor to pick up any unsold items within 14 days of the end of the agreement unless otherwise discussed.

HOW OUR PRICING WORKS

When a customer decides to consign their items with us, we assist them on deciding on a price and then we sign an agreement.
After the items are brought to the store we create a tag.
Here is an example of what our tags look like:

Oak Round Table w/4 Chairs

908 -01                       $125.00

+TAX

3/15/2020 - $112.50
4/15/2020 - $101.25
5/15/2020 - $91.12

All items consigned with us, unless otherwise decided, are marked down by 10% every 30 days for a total of 120 days.
We do this to ensure a constantly changing inventory for our customers!
